Uncovering Hidden Gems: Using Psychodrama as a strength-based tool for Post-Traumatic Growth
In this experiential workshop, participants will learn history and theory of psychodrama as well as psychodrama tools and interventions to assist clients with strength-based approaches to facilitate post-traumatic growth. Participants will learn how to help clients develop a tool kit that helps them to build safety and resiliency. Join us in learning how to mine for resources to give clients new insights and personal discovery while on their healing journey. Psychodrama is a form of evidenced-based experiential therapy for the treatment of trauma and other mental health concerns that requires participants to learn through action. You will have the opportunity to do your own resource mining in this workshop as a method for learning how to help clients with identifying and working with their inner resources and strengths.
